  1. I have purchased from Canadian Tire about 5 different pans and am pleased. Just one concern, after first washing, I dried with paper towel and there was black on it. What is this and is it safe to cook food and eat if this happens? What needs to be done to stop the black from coming offl Does it keep coming off continually? I must admit. I have not checked this often after first use, but it does happen. Please explain!
